Cancer in Nepali अर्बुद रोग

 Cancer in Nepali is called अर्बुद रोग (Arbud Rog) which comes from Sanskrit.

अर्बुद literally means अर्ब (सय करोड) which is a number 1 billion.

May be, what they mean is Cancer is a disease of a billion cells.

Diagnosis of cancer is made when there is abnormal growth of cells in the body that destroys the normal functions of the body.
